Victoria Beckham X Estée Lauder

Ever since the Victoria Beckham X Estée Lauder collection was released I have been a huge fan. Growing up I never paid much attention to the Spice Girls but I am such a huge fan of VB nowadays. She’s just one classy, sophisticated women and her Estée Lauder collections speaks for that.

At the beginning of the year I bought the Modern Mercury Highlighter and it’s one of my most prized possessions. It’s so beautiful, such a luxurious item. I use it all the time, a little really goes a long way with this product so in my eyes, it’s 100% worth the prize tag and I’m so pleased I grabbed it.

PIN IT! PIN IT!Upon the release of  her A/W Estée Lauder collection, I again, found myself swooning over pretty much everything. I had to limit myself to just one product because lets be honest, the collection is pricey but so worth the splurge. I knew I wanted a lipstick but wasn’t sure, I was then reading a post by InTheFrow and that was it, I needed the Victoria lipstick.PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT!Everything about this collection screams sophistication and class. From the sleek black and gold packaging to the tissue paper, it’s a luxurious experience when receiving a VB X EL product. The etching of ‘VB’ in the lipstick itself makes me not want to use the product in fear of ruining it. I will be brutally honest though and tell you, the size of the lipstick itself is very small. You get 3.4g of product for £36 compared to a Charlotte Tilbury lipstick which is 3.5g of product for £24. A huge difference I know but I feel as though it’s a shade I haven’t seen before – if you do know a similar shade please let me know.

PIN IT! PIN IT!A stunning cool brown nude shade, it’s unlike anything else in my collection and also a colour I wouldn’t necessarily choose for myself however I have always liked the look. I have quite pigmented lips so it’s nice to finally have a nude that actually looks like the colour in the bullet. Too many times nude shades haven’t shown up on me. This colour suits my pale complexion and feels very autumnal. I know it’s going to become my go-to shade this A/W.

The formula is lovely, a soft cream that dries back to a matte finish. It does feel a touch powdery however it doesn’t appear powdery and doesn’t feel drying or uncomfortable. I only wish I had picked up the lip liner in the matching shade.

Victoria is another beautiful product that I am not disappointed with. Next on my list definitely has to be Morning Aura, it just sounds so luxurious.
