I’ve only just posted a nude lips roundup but I’ve been meaning to share this beauty for a while now. Charlotte Tilbury’s Very Victoria hasn’t left my lips the past couple of weeks, I am obsessed with it. Although it is now officially spring *yay* I can’t help but still pull out this as my lipstick of choice. Such an easy wearable everyday shade in a brilliant formula.
This shade is definitely the perfect nude. I have super pigmented lips, once I actually had someone ask what lip colour I was wearing and when I said nothing they didn’t believe me, so finding a nude shade that actually comes across as nude and also matches my skintone has been a hard task, until now.
PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT!Very Victoria is soft and natural looking, it adds that subtle hint of a nude to the lips and although it has very fine gold specs in it these go undetected once on the lips. The matte revolution formula is my favourite out of any lip products I own as they are incredibly creamy, hydrating and look and feel great. The swatch hasn’t been edited at all, just cropped so it’s true to it’s shade and it’s so pretty. It’s very similar to Pillow Talk but that has a slight pink undertone to it. Both worth having though if you are obsessed with natural subtle colours and Charlotte Tilbury. It suggests to pair Very Victoria with the lip liner Pillow Talk (pictured in the swatch) and they do make a lovely pair.
PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT!When ever I want to add a new lipstick to my collection my first stop is Charlotte Tilbury, you just can’t beat the quality, the beautiful shades and of course the stunning packaging. They are well worth the splurge and make a lovely treat.
