Urban Decay is by far one of my favourite makeup brands. I’ve tried numerous products by them and although this palette is an old release now, it’s a cult product in the beauty world. I’m going to keep this post short and sweet, I won’t bore you to tears, promise!
I love the original Naked palette…a lot! The felt like packaging is lovely and although I’ve used it a load already, mine is still pretty clean. No I don’t lint roller it to get fluff off…..*insert shifty eyed emoji* The brushes that come in the Naked palettes are always a great addition as the quality are fab and I always use them, I actually prefer them to some of my Real Techniques brushes.
PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT! PIN IT!The quality of Urban Decay eyeshadows are just fab, personally I think they are the best out there. They are all buttery soft and smooth and have barely any fallout at all when applied. Effortless blending abilities are always what I look for in eyeshadows and these are all great. The range of colours in the Naked palette are excellent, ranging from champagne shades, to golds and brown and finally greys, there’s a great mix. Out of the 12 shades, it features just two mattes with the rest being satin, shimmers and sparkle textures. I’m not bothered by the small matte shade range, I just go to my Naked Basics for them. I love all the colours in this palette with Sidecar, Half Baked and Smog being my favourites and most used.
I owned Naked 2 and 3 first but always heard people saying they preferred the original the most and I just used to think “Is it that brilliant?” Now I own all the palettes, I can safely say it is and this one is in-fact my favourite out of the bunch. I can’t wait to get my hands on the new Naked Smoky palette, the shades have my taste written all over them!
Do you own any of the Naked palettes? Which one if your favourite?
