Coffee Stop

Last weekend I bought three new pieces for my wardrobe, I never used to be into fashion that much but the past couple of months my style has changed so much and I’ve really been enjoying buying new things to adapt to my changing wardrobe. I much prefer monochrome and simple pieces over patterns now. Blogging is the perfect way to keep up to date with the trends and that’s played a huge part in my change in style.

Over the summer I worked really hard to shed some extra weight so I would feel comfortable in my own skin again and I do now which makes me really happy. I lost 11lbs but I do still have a couple more pounds that I want to shift next year. Now I feel like I can buy the clothes I like and they won’t be wasted, I feel happy in them and sharing outfit posts has actually helped boost my confidence so much.

I have been after a coat like this for such a long time now, I love how it’s got some structure to it and shows off my shape as well, it’s also super warm. The jumper was such a fluke find as I was just hanging around in my local Sainsburys when I spotted it from afar, instantly fell in love with it. I have such sensitive skin and can’t wear anything with wool in so it’s nice to have a snuggly jumper that doesn’t irritate me. I love how huge the scarf is as well, I was so comforable in the entire outfit and it’s definitely my new favourite. Apart from the bag everything is recent and if you have been after anything similar to these make sure you check them out, these are amazing quality products and I’m so pleased with them.

Once I tried my new jumper, scarf and coat on together I knew I had to share an outfit post as I just love how they look together It was only a quick shoot as we had George with us and people kept driving past and staring which made me feel a bit awkward. Naturally the session ended with us in a coffee shop, like most of our trips out, we love our coffee!

What’s your favourite piece this winter?
