Lush Cup O’ Coffee

When I was younger I absolutely hated coffee, even the smell made me feel a bit sick. It wasn’t until I was about 21/22 years old that I started to drink it and who knew that a few years on I would drink it by the gallon, be obsessed with Starbucks on a scary level and enjoy smothering my face in the stuff. I’ve been using the Lush Cup O’ Coffee for a while now so I thought it was about time I shared my thoughts and opinions on it.

Cup O’ Coffee has a very strong coffee scent, it’s borderline on too much but I can just about stomach it. Now I’ve used it a fair bit the scent doesn’t actually bother me that much anymore, it’s pretty obvious that a coffee infused product would smell like coffee but this is intense. It’s said to be brightening and invigorating, the perfect scrub for using in the morning. You leave it on for 10-15 minutes and then gently scrub it off leaving soft bright skin.

Having been left with seriously sensitive skin after my drug reaction, I was a little hesitant to carry on using this again but I took the plunge and gave it a try anyway and I’ve never had an issue with it, luckily. I love how soft and smooth my skin is afterwards, it’s bright and radiant and feels so refreshed. I don’t like to use this product too much, I tend to whip it out when my skin is feeling a bit decongested, it just brings everything to the surface and leaves my skin feeling and looking a lot clearer.

It comes in two sizes, for £6.75 you get 150g and £12.25 for 325g, I chose the smaller amount as I knew I wouldn’t use it too often but you still get a good amount. I give this product a huge thumbs up, I think it has such a great formula and I will definitely be buying it again.
