I couldn’t quite believe it when QVS asked if I would like to be their Blogger of the Month and I was so excited when a huge box of QVS goodies arrived at my door. I thought I would share what I was sent as I have discovered some pretty amazing brushes. I love being introduced to different brands and trying new things so this opportunity was right up my street and I couldn’t be more grateful!
I was sent a variety of different brushes, nail products and other beauty essentials, it was like Christmas unwrapping it all. I shared the contents over on my Snapchat when it first arrived and couldn’t get through it all! Along with the products for myself, I was also sent 6 of the Flat Top Blusher Brush* to give to friends and family, this brush is a favourite amongst the QVS team and I can totally understand why, but more on that another time.
As brushes go, I was sent a lot! I haven’t bought any new brushes in a long time and I was in desperate need of some new ones so these were a lovely surprise! Included were a couple of sets, the Pro Size Cosmetic Tool Kit which comes with five brushes, a lip brush, angled eyeliner brush, eyeshadow brush, foundation brush and a powder brush. I’ve been using the the foundation and powder brush the most out of this kit and I’m really impressed with the quality. The Essential Eye Set includes an eyeshadow applicator, blending brush and brow brush. I don’t use the applicator brush as I’m not a fan of sponge applicators however the brow brush is dual ended with an angled brush on one end and a spooly on the other and it’s brilliant!
I received the Perfection Brush* which is a dual ended foundation and concealer brush and also another Foundation Brush which I might actually give away as I don’t need three! Another powder brush but this time the Compact Powder Brush and finally, the Flat Top Blusher Brush to keep for myself.
Other beauty products included an Eyelash Curler, Luxurious Foundation Sponge, Pro Nail Sharpeners, a Glass Nail File, Set of 3 Tweezer Tips, Mini Nail Kit and finally, Natural Look Lashes. I’ve been using the slanted tweezers and they are so sharp they pick up the finest of hairs and the pro nail sharpners are brilliant as one side is fine and the other medium so depending on the shape you can choose between the sides. I very very rarely use lashes however they are handy to have incase I ever need a more glam look.
I was well and truly spoilt by QVS and I still can’t believe they’ve asked me to be their June Blogger of the Month. I will be writing a more in depth post featuring the products that have stood out to me the most and that post will also feature a little giveaway so be sure to look out for that. On QVS’ Twitter page @QVSBeautyUK they will be sharing three of my top beauty tips so give them a follow if you want to know what they are.
Have you tried any products from QVS Beauty?
*All QVS products in this post were gifted to me for this collaboration.
