George – 2 Months

IMG_8806

George is already 2 months old and I can’t quite believe it, time has passed by so quickly. I said I wouldn’t share too much once he was born but I thought a little post here and there wasn’t too bad. At 8 weeks old he’s already had a few of his “firsts” so here they are.

My first...George - 2 monthsWe have a lot of milestones to come so I think I will update in a few months with what’s been happening. If you want to see sneak peaks of little baby G, I’m on Snapchat quite a lot so you can follow me at beautychic818  if you want to see what he has been up to. I also share a few snaps of him on my Instagram – @beautyandthechic18.

It’s so different having a baby, I can no longer pop out if I fancy it (not that I used to) and I literally grab my lunch down stairs at top speed because he always seems to sense that I am gone and decides to wake up at that particular moment. We carry everything but the kitchen sink around with us now and at least three times we have left the house without the changing bag. It’s all a bit hectic and a couple of days I have silently thought to myself “This is so friggin’ hard” but when I look at the pictures above, or see him watching me and just smiling, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you have a newborn, how have you been finding things?

What a gorgeous little boy! You sound like you’re doing really well lovely & you’re not alone in thinking it’s hard. I agree though, it’s simply just the best thing ever. Arthur has enriched my life in so many different ways and I love him with everything I have! He’s just over 3 months now and I can’t believe how much he’s changed. He’s started grasping things for a short while, like his rattles and is even doing giggly noises too. He’s moving into 3-6 months clothes now and I’ve already looked back at some of his newborn photos and thought wow he’s grown so much! If you ever want a mummy chat you know where I am! xx

George is simply perfect! Love all the photos. My baby V is 4 months old now and he’s got his firts two theeth 🙂 he also has long hair just like your baby boy 🙂 I’m running around my house to finish things while he’s sleeping, but sometimes 24h is such a short period of time to do everything that I want. There are days when I manage to do everything, but sometimes I’m happy if I have the time to go to the bathroom 😀

Thank you so much. Aww bless teeth already! It’s really not, I end up doing all my jobs in the evening once my partner is home and we barely see each other until we go to sleep! Wouldn’t change it for the world though! xx
