January Favourites 2016

It’s already the end of January 2016, I can’t quite believe just how quickly it has gone! George is already two months old and smiling, it only feels like yesterday that he was born. Enough slushy talk, today I am sharing with you my favourite items from January.

Kate Spade 2016 Planner // review
I adore this planner so much, it’s just beautiful and so useful. When I’ve had planners in the past they always became a bit redundant, I would use them on and off but I’m making a huge effort to use this one properly. Also, it looks brilliant in blog photographs, Kate Spade stationary is just the bees knees.

No7 Stay Perfect Foundation
If you have been following me for a while you may know that after George’s birth I suffered a severe drug reaction and my entire body became swollen, itchy and red and covered in a rash. Thankfully that died down after 2.5 weeks but my skin has been left super sensitive and other makeup brands were causing the itchiness to flare up again. The only product I could use was this foundation as it’s hypoallergenic. It’s definitely a light to medium coverage but the finish is dewy and flawless. I haven’t suffered any issues whilst using this, it’s great and really reminds me of Chanel Vitalumiére Aqua.

No7 Velvet Lash Mascara // review
The same goes for this mascara, all other mascaras were causing my eyes to swell up and itch like crazy however I haven’t had any problems with this one. I actually prefer the formula of this mascara over my other brands now. It separates my lashes beautifully and keeps them curled all day, which I usually find very hard to achieve on my stubborn lashes.

H&M Beauty Nail Polish – Plum Fool
I will be writing a full review and swatches post featuring all the H&M Beauty nail polishes that I own but for now I will give you a quick run down. Applies perfectly, stays chip free for days and days and all polishes I own have only needed one coat. Basically, theses polishes are better than my beloved Maybelline SuperStay polishes….need I say more?

iPhone 6S // review
A bit of a materialistic item to have in my favourites but I adore my new phone, I can’t get enough of it. At first I thought I would hate the size but now I look at my old phone and think it’s tiny. I love the big screen but the best feature is the camera, by far! The quality is just incredible and most of my Instagram photographs are now my phone whereas before I used to use my Canon. Also, how cute is the case? Find out where I bought it here.

Which products have you been enjoying throughout January?
