Kate Spade is a brand that I regularly find myself lusting over. Be it handbags, iPhone cases or the gorgeous stationary, I always find so many things that end up on my wish list. One item I have lusted over for about 4 years are the 17 month agendas. My sister recently bought herself one and then surprised me with my own this Christmas. Best Sister points were quickly rewarded to her, I am finally the proud owner of the Kate Spade 2016 planner.
The planners come in two styles, gold dots or striped which I have and both are beautiful. The quality is amazing and since they are 17 months, they are used for a longer time. I personally think they are completely worth the £30.00 price tag. It makes me sad that I will only use it for 12 months but I will definitely be buying the latest one every year now. The only thing missing from these planners is a page divider so you can access the week you are on really quickly. I removed the ribbon from last years planner and stuck it into this one so I had one, it’s a lot easier this way.
My sister decorates her planner using Etsy stickers that are really designed for the Erin Condren planners however I think they look so cute in this planner too. I decided to do the same as they make the pages look prettier and are so fun to do! It’s safe to say though that I am now addicted to stickers and spend most of my time on Etsy, that place is incredible.
My favourite Etsy stores for stickers are It’s Pretty Crafty, Wendy Prints, Tallulah Hoola and Emily Morello. The Starbucks mugs are from Dook Plook Designs, the pink set above are from Wendy Prints and the yellow set, New Year stickers and weight loss stickers are all from It’s Pretty Crafty. I have so many other bits in my basket waiting to be bought when I can. CRGArtDesign have some amazing icon stickers which I can’t wait to buy. I was thinking of maybe doing regular planner layout posts and sticker hauls, but I’m not sure whether I will or not.
I don’t know why but most bloggers seem to be obsessed with stationary and I for one am on of those people…hence my own stationary shop, PaperChicCo. I have some exciting news regarding my shop coming up as well so keep yours eyes peeled for that.
