Project Life | Part 3

I’ve really been slacking with my Project Life recently, I just kept forgetting to get my photographs printed, then I would forget where I got up to and couldn’t print them off until I’d checked my stash but I’m finally nearly up to date. These are some of my latest spreads that I like the look of and I have my latest photographs in the post so I can get fully up to date.

For my birthday my mum bought me four of the Heidi Swapp Colour Shine Spritz Mists so I could get really crafty. I tested it out with the Heidi Swapp stencils that I have but I still need to practice, it’s a lot harder than it looks to get a clean pretty look.

I’ve started to do more photograph spreads without so many journaling cards just because my album is getting so packed already and we are only half way through the year. I do get in a fluster every now and then as I know the look I want but I just can’t seem to create it sometimes. At the end of the day, they will be amazing to look back on in a few years time.

Now we know the gender of little Pip, I can start planning my separate album for him as I’m going to get a small 6×8 planner to document his first year. I don’t want a large one as it will be too big and chunky to stay in his nursery so the 6×8 is a great compact size with just all our favourite photographs. At the front, I’m going to also do a spread showing my growing bump and also feature his little scan photographs too, so exciting and I can’t wait to get started.

How’s your scrapbooking going? Are you going to start one?
