April Favourites 2015

Another month has passed, another favourites post to write! I usually like to have my favourites posts up on the first day of the month however with Brent being away in India, I’m currently at my sister’s and we have been busy bees. I’ve also spent a lot of time adjusting my new blog. My brother did a fantastic job at sorting it all out for me and I couldn’t be happier. I will post a before and after shot soon.

Stila Stay All Day Waterproof Liquid Liner – Dark Brown – I’m not sure if I have written about this product before but if I have I am sorry for repeating myself. I love a brown liner for a more subtle look and this one is so easy to apply. The nib makes lining the upper water line so incredibly easy and the formula is fab. It lasts all day long without smudgy or cracking, definitely will be repurchasing this when it runs out.

Urban Decay Naked Skin Concealer – Fair – I love the Urban Decay Naked Skin foundation and decided to give the concealer a try. I had heard a lot about it and I’m glad I gave into the hype. I chose the lightest shade so that I could get a really nice highlighted under-eye and it does just that. It’s not drying at all, lasts all day and really brightens the area. The formula is really creamy and I’m so impressed with it. I will be writing a full review soon!

MAC Paint PotPainterly – A little rediscovery this month, I was sorting out my makeup drawers when I found this little pot again. I’ve been using it everyday underneath my eyeshadows and it really makes the colours pop more and last longer without creasing. It’s also great to use alone if you want to just even out the tone on your eyelids.

KORRES Lip BalmGuava –  Another little pot that I rediscovered and I have now nearly finished. It’s a great balm for adding moisture and sinks into my lips really quickly. It’s great for everyday use and it also smells a-mazing!

Urban Decay Perversion Mascara – Urban Decay has had a great month this month for me, I can’t get enough of their products! This mascara came in the Naked On The Run palette but I also own the full size too. I’ve been using this one without the primer and it’s great for adding tonnes of volume to my lashes. The wand is quite a thick bristled brush which is different to what I usually use but I love it. It adds so much volume and does hold the a curl really well, considering my lashes are very stubborn, it does a great job.
