This review is long over due, that’s an understatement really! I must have taken these photographs months and months ago and I still haven’t written the post, I’m so bad. I feel as though recently all I have written about is hyped up products and the Nuxe Réve de Miel is most definitely one of them.
Nuxe is a lovely French brand that I had heard a lot about but never really looked into their products until I kept seeing this lip balm pop up everywhere. Because of it’s rich intense formula, it’s aimed at very dry lips to help nourish and repair them. I bought this at the start of Autumn last year and have used it nearly every night since and I’ve barely made a dent.
I love the scent of this product, anything with honey as an ingredient always smells insanely good and this isn’t any different. When I first used it, I made the mistake of slathering it all over my dry cracked lips only to wake up a horrid slimy film on my lips. This happened a few times until I finally realised it was because I was applying far too much. With a normal lip balm you have to be pretty generous with the application in order to see a result, however a little goes a long way with this balm. A thin layer at night helps heal my dry lips and by morning they are soft and nourished all throughout the day.
If you really suffer with dry lips this balm is definitely worth a look at. For £9.50 you get 15g of product which is a lot since you need the bare minimum. The frosted glass makes the product look lovely and luxurious and I keep it by my bed so I don’t forget to apply it at night time. I’m glad I gave into the hype of this product as it definitely deserves it, no lip balm has ever healed my awful cracked lips over night, I’m so impressed.
Have you tried Nuxe Réve de Miel lip balm? What do you think of it?
I've heard so man positive reviews surrounding this product but I've never actually tried it for myself. My lips are super dry at the moment (I'm blaming the weather change) so I think it may be, finally, time I picked one up to test out myself!

You should definitely give this a try, it's brilliant and will most definitely help your dry lips out. xx
This sounds lovely! I've been really tempted to order one for a while now. It sounds like a really luxurious product, and everything i've been using lately just hasn't been good enough.

Oh it really is luxurious! xx
This lip balm beats any that I've ever tried and definitely lives up to the hype!
This is my HG product for my dry lips. I use it mainly overnight and put a thick layer on my lips, when I wake up my lips feel nice and soft. If you suffer from dry and cracked lips you need to try this.
I do use this…I also stated in my post that I don't like a thick layer as it leaves a residue in the morning xx
I have this and love it, I like you use it every night and wouldn't be without it 🙂

Me too, it's brilliant isn't it?! xx
This is my favourite lipbalm! It really is the best I've ever tried, and I love that it's more of a mask than a conventional lip balm xxxx

Totally agree with that! xx
I had high hopes for this one, but unfortunatelly, it left me disappointed. You can check out the review on my blog in case you're interested in my experience.

I adore Nuxe, and anything with honey in so doubt I'd love this.

Same, honey is one of the best ingredients! xx
I need this. I don't know what I'm waiting for, but clearly, I really need this. Now.

The smell is so gorgeous! xx
I'm obsessed with this balm, I've been through 3 tubs and I can't be without it! In fact I've been trying out my sample of the By Terry Balm De Rose and it doesn't compare, 10 minutes later my lips are dry again. Nuxe blows it out the water!
I have this in the stick formulation not the pot and I wish I had the pot as it seems to be so much better. Great review 🙂
