Products Worth Mentioning #3

I haven’t written this type of post in a while, not sure why but it’s just taken a back seat unfortunately. Since I’ve been using a lot of new products recently, I wanted to share some that I have been enjoying a lot and don’t want to wait until my February Favourites post, there would just be too many products!

No.7 Intensive Radiance Body Scrub
I love it when Boots have their No.7 vouchers as it’s the perfect time to try some of their products and this is exactly what I did. I was in the market for a new body scrub and this one sounded lovely. Originally £10.50, I picked it up for just £5.50 and although it’s similar in price to the Soap & Glory scrubs, this one is so much better. It has the perfect amount of grittiness to it. It’s abrasive enough to clean the skin without stripping it and doesn’t leave a strange residue either, just incredibly smooth skin and leaves me smelling great.

Organic Surge Nourishing Rose Day Cream*
I needed a new day cream and this turned up at the perfect moment. The ingredients are great, argan oil to nourish the skin and damask rose oil to calm redness, perfect for me. It provides great hydration for daytime, sinking into my skin almost immediately and sits really well underneath my makeup. However, at nighttime when I apply this over my Clarins Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil, that’s when the magic really happens. They are the perfect duo and come morning, my skin is so soft and nourished. This has really helped battle my dry skin, it’s brilliant.

Max Factor Creme Puff Blush – Seductive Pink
As soon as I saw these in the shops, I knew I had to try them. They looked like Hourglass dupes and I must say, they are so similar. I will be writing a full review on these soon but I just had to share my initial thoughts on them. They are really soft to apply, super pigmented and last all day on my skin. I love how easy they are to blend and the formula is so similar to the Hourglass blushers.

Garnier Ultimate Blends The Sleek Restorer Shampoo
I had tried a little sample sachet of this shampoo when it first came out but never really thought about picking it up. I was in a rush to decide and just picked this up on a whim but I’m glad I did. Both coconut oil and cocoa butter in one product, it’s obvious this was going to smell amazing and it really does. It also makes my hair incredibly soft and combing through it when it’s wet is so so easy after using this product.

These products are all fab and I’m so glad I came across them, especially the moisturiser and shampoo. Thanks to discovering the shampoo, I decided to pick up one of the Ultimate Blends Hair Masks too so maybe that will be featured in a post very soon, who know’s!

Have you tried any of these products? What are your thoughts on them?
