I’ve always enjoyed using Dove products over the years, whether it be shampoo or deodorant, I’ve never been left disappointed by them. I recently bought some new bits from some of their different lines and wanted to share with you my thoughts on them.

Dove Nutrive Solutions Nourishing Oil Care Shampoo – I am nearly out of all of this shampoo now and will definitely repurchase it. Enriched with Argan Oil, it’s said to smooth dry, rough and frizzy hair. First things first, the scent of this is incredible, so fruity and fresh. The scent really fills the shower when I wash my hair and a light scent lingers for a long time leaving your hair smelling fresh. In terms of smoothing dry, frizzy hair, it does just that. My hair is so soft and smooth afterwards, it doesn’t dry frizzy at all. It’s also a little easier to comb through whilst wet as well.

Dove Style + Care Heat Protect Spray – I know I always ramble on about scents but this is so good! It smells just like the shampoo and every time I spray it, Brent comments on how nice the scent is. The heat spray really helps to protect my hair, it doesn’t feel dry or damaged after I’ve applied heat to it. My hair also doesn’t appear frizzy, it’s smooth and soft and feels so great to touch.

Dove Refresh + Care Dry Shampoo – Another amazingly scented product, it’s the same scent as the rest of the products mentioned. This dry shampoo is a bit hit and miss. It doesn’t leave any white or grey marks in the hair however, it doesn’t really help with the greasiness either. I spray it on and it does help a little but it doesn’t work as well as the old faithful, Batiste. I have nearly finished it up and although I love how it leaves your hair smelling incredibly fresh and clean, it doesn’t necessarily help looks wise.

Overall, I am super impressed with the products I have tried. Although I am in two minds about the dry shampoo, I would probably still repurchase it as I love the smell it leaves in the hair. I love how soft and smooth my hair is after using these products and I can’t wait to try more from the brand. There’s so much to chose from, what do you recommend I try next.
