I very rarely buy new jewellery, I’m very fussy and don’t wear it a lot. I have my fancier pieces such as my Thomas Sabo charm bracelet and Infinity bracelet from Brent, but for more day to day, I like to sometimes wear what are called “costume jewellery.”
Bow necklace, Bar necklace – Forever 21 | Tan leather watch – Next | Infinity ring – Accessorize
Forever 21 has always been a good place to buy cheap affordable pieces that look more expensive than they really are. I was recently in the store in Lakeside and found the two really cute necklaces. I love the gorgeous gold bow, the design reminds me of a Kate Spade design and for £3.15 I just couldn’t say no. It was buy one get one free so I picked up the gold bar necklace with the diamantes. In summertime, bar necklaces were quite big but I never found one I liked until this one. This was also £3.15 but with the offer it was free. I like to layer these two together when I wear v-neck t-shirts and it looks really cute.
I adore anything with the infinity sign and snapped the cute infinity ring up straight away. It cost £3.00 from Accessorize which is a complete bargain. It’s a midi ring which I love and it just looks so cute on.
Finally, my favourite piece that I’ve bought recently is the watch from Next. I have my eye on a beautiful Kate Spade one but for now, I picked this up for £24.00. I love the gold face with the brown leather strap, it looks great together and the watch face is the perfect size for my wrist. Sadly, after only a month the batteries are already worn out and the watch has stopped. I could have taken it back but it’s so much hassle so when I get round to it, I’ll buy new batteries. It goes with any outfit and just adds a little something to it too, the simplicity of it is great.
