As you read this, I am currently out camping again. We were supposed to go to Brecon Beacons, then it changed to Dartmoor again, then Lake District, but we are actually at the New Forest. There’s such bad weather forecast over this weekend that we decided to just go somewhere closer and stay at a proper campsite. It won’t be wild camping like Dartmoor, but it will still be fun to go on long walks in the woods and maybe some cycling.
Week 10 | The Glowing Skin Smoothie
This week’s smoothie is quite similar to one I have done before but it’s a little bit different as it has apple in as well. I love this type of smoothie as it’s full of vitamin A which is great for the skin and makes it look refreshed and glowing. The recipe I found did say apple juice but I thought it would be a bit healthier to just use an apple and add water. Blueberries are naturally low in calories however they are full of antioxidants, fibre and vitamins which all help towards maintaining a healthy body.
