Sunday Smoothie Series | The Antioxidant Smoothie

1

As you read this, I am currently without internet, a phone, laptop or even a toilet. Yes I am wild camping in Dartmoor. I’m hoping the scheduling did work, I also scheduled Friday’s post so I hope that went up okay as well, if not I will sort it all out when I come home tomorrow. I will also reply to all comments and tweets as soon as I’m back, and showered!

Week 4 | Theย Antioxidantย Smoothie

2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10This weeks smoothie is packed with vitamins which apparently help fight cell damage and is roughly 223 calories per 1 serving. Although Kale in the packet smells just like seaweed, it’s gross honest, but you can’t taste it in the smoothie at all, it’s all berry goodness and it’s amazing. For the pomegranate juice, I couldn’t find any straight pomegranate juice so I just opted for one that’s close so mine has pomegranate and grape in and it still tastes great and is good for you.

Next week’s smoothie is going to include peanut butter and it’s a-mazing, the best recipe I have on my list by far!

Which is your favourite smoothie recipe?

I love berries! I don't really follow recipes for smoothies, I put what I have on hand, but usually there is kale and blueberries, raspberries, and chia seeds!
