In this smoothie you can really taste the honey and it’s lovely. The yoghurt gives it a nice thickness and I find this is a great smoothie for the mornings. It’s full of antioxidants and the yoghurt has lots of protein and good bacteria for you tummy. Hope you enjoyed this weeks recipe and in-case you missed last weeks post, here it is – Week 1 – The Green Smoothie.

I love starting the day with a smoothie, mine usually just consist of whatever random fruit I've got in and some oats, always seems to taste nice though!

I absolutely love drinking smoothie for breakfast. However, if you look it up online, pure orange juice is not as fitness friendly and healthy as you think. Maybe try substitute it with almond milk or something. It won't taste that bad, trust me 🙂

YolennieOrange Juice is really good for you, it's full of vitamin C which is what's needed for a healthy immune system, also has magnesium and potassium in with no fat which. It's actually really good for you and if you buy it in the bottle, as long as there isn't loads of sugar it's still okay too.

I love the look of this but I can imagine I wouldn't like it, I hate thick textures like smoothies. Great post though.
