Top Autumn/Winter Lip Products 2013

Autumn/Winter is definitely my favourite time of the year, they are my favourite seasons because I love all the dark colours for both beauty products and clothes, I also love the fashion and layering! Lurve layering my clothes. I did a similar YouTube video to this post last year and decided I would right a post about my top favourite lip products this year instead. There’s probably a couple of repeated products but that just shows my true love for them.

Bourjois Color Boost Glossy Lipstick – Fuchsia Libre – I know Bourjois have released two new shades in this product recently however I haven’t had the chance to have a look at them yet. I chose Fuchsia Libre because it would be a good choice for people who like pinked toned lip products but prefer a light hint of colour opposed to a full blown lipstick. Red Sunshine would also be a great choice for more of a red tone. Both shades would be very pretty, especially for Christmas. Ahh Christmas!!

Catrice Ultimare Colour Lipstick – Pink Me Up! – Although this shade is called Pink me up! it’s definitely more on the red side. This is a great matte lipstick and it’s really moisturising. They are super pigmented and last really well on the lips. I don’t know how accessible they are in the UK as I was sent this from Sara from Passing Fancy but if you can grab a shade or two definitely get this one. I really love wearing this shade.

Revlon Lip Butter – Raspberry Pie – Another subtle lip colour that’s great for people who prefer more of a wash of colour. Lip butters are loved by many bloggers and I still find myself reaching for them regularly. Raspberry Pie is a great shade for this time of year if you like the deeper colours. Moisturising and a pretty berry shade, this is by far one of my favourite day to day colours for A/W.

MAC Lipstick – Rebel – Ohh Rebel, how I love thee, by far a firm favourite for this time of year. I’ve talked about it alot on my blog and if paired with Currant lip liner by MAC your fall lip is complete. Moisturising, pigmented and with purple/blue undertones, this is such a pretty shade for a night out for a bold statement lip.

Rimmel Kate Lipstick – 107 – A new favourite of mine, this pretty berry shade lipstick is another great A/W shade but not as moisturising as other lipsticks out there. You need to wear a lipbalm with this one but still extremely pretty and pigmented. It’s not as dark and bold as my next lipstick so it’s more for people who want a dark lip but don’t want to brave an extremely dark shade.

Revlon Lipstick – Black Cherry – I love this shade, I don’t wear it a huge amount as it is quite daring I think. I love pairing this with Currant lip liner by MAC again as they go really well together, and I think this looks really pretty with a flawless complexion and a little flush of colour on the cheeks. It’s a darker, deeper version of the Rimmel 107 lipstick, a dark purple with berry undertones. You can see me wearing the shade in a post here, ignore the posing photographs though!

I love looking at different bloggers season selections as it gives me more ideas. If you want to see a nail polish post, let me know in the comments and I’ll get straight to it!

Which shade will you be wearing this Autumn/Winter?
